We were honoured to welcome a delegation from the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau, led by Mr. Kevin Choi, JP, Permanent Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry.

The visit began with an overview by Prof. Dennis Lo, who shared the Centre’s mission and strategic research priorities, with a focus on our pioneering efforts in non-invasive diagnostics and the translational impact of circulating nucleic acids research.

The delegation then toured our laboratories, gaining first-hand insight into the Centre’s research environment and ongoing scientific initiatives. The visit fostered meaningful dialogue on strengthening Hong Kong’s role as a global leader in biomedical technology and advancing impactful, innovation-driven research.
